Refund policy

At Blueberry Kiss Magazine, we want you to be absolutely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you may return eligible products within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Defective, damaged, or incorrect products may be returned in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA). Where applicable, customers may choose a repair, replacement, or refund.

For returns not based on damaged or defective products, the customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable period after the returned item has been inspected and approved.

Certain products may not qualify for return where excluded by law, including personalised, custom-made, or hygiene-sensitive items.
